Shortlisting Criteria

Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements
• HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a minimum of 4 years'
experience in the construction of transmission and distribution cable systems
• Knowledge of power engineering principles and their practical application within electricity networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively
and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels..
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal
and external stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills, including advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite A current UK driving licence and
access to a vehicle for business use.
